Valentine's Day

Here is what I think of Valentine's day.

You may or may not agree but this is it,

Are you ready for this?

Here we go like it or not.

It is a load of BULLSHIT.

For males it's a chance for sex.

For the women it is expensive gifts

AND a chance to burn a whole in her man's wallet.

Valentine's day is just an excuse for Hallmark to sell you a bunch of fluff.

It's bogus and the shit they sell you is so unoriginal and cheesy

'Tis also a smack in the face for single people.

Another reminder that no one gives a fuck about them.

OR it is a chance for a secret admirer to stalk them.

It's NOT a real holiday.

I could go on but I'll stop there.

Don't get me wrong I'm all for love and romance,

That isn't what this "Holiday" is about.

It is about money.

Now my rant will end...

Wonder in Wonderland

I see a wonderous place inside my head.

A dream where lovely impossible things come true.

I am Alice.

Running through wonderland.

Or am I the cat.

Oh I'm the michevious Cheshire Cat.

Maybe I'm the hatter mad as can be.

Tis the beauty of this dream you see.

In wonderland I can be anything I see.

Imagination is key.

Could possibly be insanity.

Fine line between the two.

Who could have ever knew?

Never Never Land

Take me away far far away,

where i can play all day.

In Never land,

I'll fly away with Peter Pan.

Well sword fight with Hook,

Show those mermaids whose boss.

Save Tiger Lily and be honored by the braves.

What I wouldn't give to take Wendy's place.

I'd be the best lost girl you've ever seen!

Not a care in the world!

Truly happy.

Running wild and free.

Give me a chance to be that fearsome buccaneer

or anything.

Just make Never Land my home.

And I'll gladly fly away with Peter Pan.
